Qualifications

Outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
Proven leadership or mentoring capabilities.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to travel locally within the territory.
Wamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
Lead by example through consistent personal production.
Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
