AT&T is seeking a results-driven candidate for its B2B Sales Development Program in multiple U.S. markets, including Atlanta, GA. You’ll undergo two months of immersive training at Dallas HQ, then transition to an in-market Territory Sales role.

Focus on acquiring new customers, building relationships, and driving full-cycle sales. Program highlights include a $4,000 housing stipend, potential relocation bonuses, a $2,000 graduation bonus, and a clear four-month progression path into a full-time

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required due to the outside sales nature of the role.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospects via cold calls, emails, digital outreach, and in-person visits.
• Own the full sales process for new business opportunities—from outreach to proposals and closing the deal.
• Ramp up through a new-hire program focused on AT&T product knowledge, coaching, and practice while building sales discipline.
• Post-program placement in an outside sales role aligned with geographic preference when possible.
