Job summary

AT&T's B2B Sales Development Program is designed to launch your full-time sales career. You’ll begin with two months of immersive training at our Dallas Headquarters, then transition to the market you applied for, including San Diego, CA, to build relationships and close new business.

You’ll gain hands-on coaching, product knowledge, and sales discipline while working toward a high-earning compensation structure upon program completion.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required due to the outside sales nature of the role.
• Desire to launch a career in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Start at the Dallas HQ for Months 1–2 training.
• Month 3 transition to in-market Territory Sales Team (e.g., San Diego, CA).
• Acquire new customers through cold calls, emails, digital outreach, and in-person visits.
• Own the full sales process from outreach to proposals and closing.
• Ramp up with structured coaching and a clear progression path into a full-time acquisition role.
