You’ll build relationships with cities, contractors and businesses, conduct on-site demos when needed, and collaborate with a team to hit shared goals. This full-time position offers base salary plus commissions, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with profit sharing, paid training at our Sunset Hills HQ, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in sales, customer service or related customer-facing role
• Ability to build rapport quickly and make outbound calls
• Self-motivated, collaborative mindset for team selling
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for customer visits (mileage reimbursed)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through calls, visits, and consultative selling
• Prospect and develop new accounts while growing existing ones
• Collaborate with team on shared sales goals in a team-based environment
• Conduct on-site visits and product demos when beneficial to the customer
• Learn Grimco’s product portfolio and customer needs
