Job summary

Grimco, Inc. in the Atlanta area is seeking a motivated B2B Sales professional for inside and outside roles.

You will build relationships with cities, contractors, and businesses, conduct product demonstrations, and prospect new accounts as part of a collaborative team. This full‑time role offers base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with profit sharing, paid training, and travel to our Saint Louis HQ for orientation.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role.
• Able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-selling environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for customer visits (mileage reimbursement provided).

Join a collaborative sales team at one of the largest signage distributors in North America and help grow our Atlanta market. You'll be the go‑to person helping cities, contractors, and businesses get the essential products they need to operate.

This is a sales role focused on phone-based relationship building with some in‑person meetings, all team-oriented. You'll work alongside teammates who share goals and wins together, with a mix of inside selling, customer visits, and consultative problem‑solving.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SALES ORIENTATION –SAINT LOUIS, MO

• Opportunity to attend Grimco’s Training & Development Sales Orientation at our Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Hills!
• Focused training time consisting of a mix of one-on-one training, virtual training, and shadowing.
• Training focuses on Grimco’s products, computer systems, phones/customers, sales/service, purchasing, logistics, web store, marketing, safety, accounting, human resources, and reports.
• Split between break‑out sessions and hands‑on learning environment.
• Rotation within departments for a diverse look at how employees approach tasks and achieve goals.
• Full‑time salary includes training period. Travel accommodations and expenses provided per Grimco National Travel Policy. Training location determined by corporate/regional training team schedule.
