Job summary

Grimco, Inc. in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional for an inside/outside role.

You’ll build relationships with cities, contractors and businesses, conduct on-site demos when needed, and collaborate with a team to hit shared goals. This full-time position offers base salary plus commissions, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with profit sharing, paid training at our Sunset Hills HQ, and paid time off.

Join a collaborative sales team at one of the largest signage distributors in North America and help grow our St. Louis market. You'll be the go-to person helping cities, contractors, and businesses get the essential products they need to operate.

This is a sales role focused on phone-based relationship building with some in-person meetings, all team-oriented. You'll work alongside teammates who share goals and wins together, with a mix of inside selling, customer visits, and consultative problem-solving.

• Building and maintaining customer relationships through calls, visits, and consultative selling
• Prospecting and developing new accounts while growing existing ones
• Collaborating with your team on shared sales goals - this is a team-based environment, not a sink or swim set-up
• Conducting on-site visits and product demos when it makes sense for the customer
• Learning a product portfolio that customers genuinely depend on

Training & Development Sales Orientation –SAINT LOUIS, MO:

• Opportunity to attend Grimco’s Training & Development Sales Orientation at our Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Hills!
• Focused training time consisting of a mix of one-on-one training, virtual training, and shadowing.
• Training focuses on Grimco’s products, computer systems, phones/customers, sales/service, purchasing, logistics, web store, marketing, safety, accounting, human resources, and reports.
• Split between break-out sessions and hands-on learning environment.
• Rotation within departments for a diverse look at how employees approach tasks and achieve goals.
• Full-time salary includes training period. Travel accommodations and expenses provided per Grimco National Travel Policy. Training location determined by corporate/regional training team schedule.
