Penske is expanding its sales team in East Windsor, CT. The Rental Sales Representative will drive business development by marketing rental product lines and growing the existing customer base through direct sales.

The role includes account management for fleet planning and profitability, a salary plus commission, and a company vehicle. Qualified candidates bring 2+ years in B2B sales with lead generation, cold calling, and proposal presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales with lead generation, cold calling, and proposal development.
• 2+ years customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about products, prices, and terms.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and interests.
• Contact customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders.
• Prepare estimates and bids to meet customer needs.
• Arrange delivery and installation of products and equipment.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
