Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is expanding its sales team in Hagerstown, MD. The Rental Sales Representative will drive business development through marketing rental products and manage existing accounts in fleet planning and profitability.

Position offers salary plus commission, company vehicle, and extensive training with potential growth into higher sales roles. Qualified candidates have minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience including lead generation, cold calling, and proposal

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, transportation sales preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual, Spanish preferred and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about products, prices, availability, and terms.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Contact customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders.
• Prepare estimates, bids, and delivery dates.
• Manage customer information and enter orders into systems.
• Maintain records of contacts and orders.
