Penske is expanding its sales team in East Windsor, CT, seeking self-starters with a track record in B2B sales and lead generation. The Rental Sales Representative will handle business development, account management, and fleet planning, with salary plus commission, a company vehicle, and training.

Location at 10 Shoham Road, East Windsor, CT. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience in B2B
• 2+ years of sales and lead generation responsibilities
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about products, prices, availability, terms
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Contact customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders
• Prepare estimates and quotes
• Manage accounts and assist with fleet planning and profitability
• Direct delivery and installation scheduling
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity
• Maintain records of contacts and orders
• Support rental customers and counter activities
