Job summary

ScaleHouse Talent is hiring a Sales Representative in Irvine, CA for a phone-heavy, full-cycle B2B role. You will own relationships from first contact through close and ongoing reorders, targeting retail store owners nationwide.

You’ll routinely conduct high-volume outbound calls, manage samples and follow-ups, and drive recurring monthly reorders. The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and full benefits after eligibility, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to retail business owners nationwide.
• Have 35–50 live conversations per day (not just dials).
• Introduce wholesale product lines and explain margins and sell-through.
• Send product samples and manage structured follow-up calls.
• Close new accounts and process orders end to end.
• Maintain relationships through ongoing phone-based account management.
• Drive recurring monthly reorders from your book of business.
