Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a driven Sales Executive to own a high-growth territory in Orange County. You will prospect, present, and close, driving a fast-paced sales cycle while operations ensure delivery post-sale.

You will manage a full pipeline, qualify opportunities, and leverage a nationally recognized brand to win new business. 2–3 years of B2B sales, strong communication, and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical thinking and sharp negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and opening doors to delivering presentations and closing deals.
• Develop and manage a high-velocity pipeline across Orange County; drive new business and protect existing accounts.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery after closing, while continuing to grow the territory.
