Job summary

Paychex is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow the client base for Core Sales, Human Resource Services Sales, or Major Market Sales. You will engage with decision makers, present Paychex solutions, and expand revenue while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include leveraging GTM strategy, scheduling meetings, researching referrals, and guiding customers to the right Paychex products. Travel may be required; a driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold Calling experience.
• CRM software experience and clean client management.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the Go-to-Market strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect new clients and referral sources using calls, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
• Analyze customer needs and determine which Paychex products fit best.
