Job summary

Paychex is hiring for a field sales role focused on growing the client base across Core Sales, HRS Sales, or Major Market segments. You will identify client needs and present Paychex solutions, scheduling in-person or virtual meetings to drive revenue and market share.

The role requires B2B sales experience, HCM familiarity, and a valid driver’s license. Training and rewards programs support career growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold Calling Experience.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience.
• Valid Driver’s License - Required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources via phone, mail, seminars, and events.
• Analyze customer needs and determine appropriate products; refer to the right party.
• Complete and submit new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports.
