Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow its client base in Core Sales, HR Services Sales, or Major Market Sales. You will identify client needs, present Paychex solutions, and manage referrals with a focus on revenue and market share. Travel may be required for conferences and training.

Required: high school diploma, 2 years B2B sales/marketing experience, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred.
• 2 years in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold Calling Experience.
• CRM Software experience.
• Valid Driver's License - Required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solution to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and sources via multiple channels.
• Analyze customer needs and refer to appropriate Paychex products.
• Submit accurate new business paperwork and weekly reports.
• Resolve customer problems or complaints promptly.
• Travel outside territory for conferences, training, and meetings.
