Responsibilities include scheduling, prospecting, and managing customer relationships, with travel as needed to conferences and regional meetings to maximize market share.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold Calling Experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients via calls, mail, seminars, and marketing programs.
• Analyze customer needs and determine appropriate products.
• Complete new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems or complaints.
• Travel outside territory for conferences, training, or zone meetings.
