You will create coaching plans, deliver hands-on sessions, and guide reps to achieve their career goals while expanding our national presence in a growing insurance-focused team.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales with a record of success in insurance or related fields.
• Experience mentoring or coaching with a passion for helping others grow.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain insurance licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for sales reps and leaders.
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions to build practical skills and confidence.
• Provide coaching to help reps set and achieve career goals.
• Identify high-potential reps and develop leadership pathways.
• Foster a positive learning environment and stay updated on industry trends.
• Learn company products, processes, and CRM workflows.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.
• Manage field, B2B sales activity and build your own book of business.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in sales meetings and drive innovative ideas.
