Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Mentoring or coaching experience required or preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license and training.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.
• Strong work ethic and professional growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs for sales representatives and future leaders.
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to help career goals.
• Identify high-potential individuals for leadership tracks.
• Build your own book of business in B2B field sales.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvements.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.
• Handle escalated inquiries and ensure top customer service.
