Qualifications

• Learn company products/services, sales processes, and CRM usage.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
• Field B2B sales to build your own book of business.
• Provide guidance and coaching to enhance team members' sales skills.
• Handle escalated inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
