The Meier Agency is expanding and seeks an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to develop other reps and future leaders. This role offers rapid growth upon proven proficiency with our system and a dynamic training program.

You will conduct in-person and online training, provide coaching to help reps reach career goals, and build a high-performing team through targeted development plans and industry insights.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for developing future leaders and working with professionals.
• Strong sales background, preferably in insurance, with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching, with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Positive, energetic attitude and commitment to professional growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training tools; familiarity with CRM is a plus.
• Experience with sales software (CRM) is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and obtain a license.
• Basic computer skills; ability to analyze complex ideas like insurance programs.
• Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities; participate in meetings.
