The Meier Agency seeks an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to mentor and develop sales reps and future leaders. You will design and deliver training programs, conduct in-person and online sessions, and provide personalized coaching to help team members reach their career goals.

Experience in sales, preferably within insurance, and a willingness to obtain Health & Life licenses are required. The role offers a fast growth track and leadership opportunities in a thriving B2B environment.
