The position involves delivering engaging training programs, mentoring new recruits, and executing a field-based B2B sales approach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with the insurance industry preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Life/Health license and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales.
• Strong communication & coaching skills to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for sales reps and future leaders.
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions to build practical skills.
• Provide coaching to help reps set and achieve career goals.
• Identify high-potential individuals for leadership development.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance training content.
• Learn and train on company products, processes, and CRM.
