Allegiant Business Group in Texas seeks a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive direct B2B sales and mentor agents in your local territory. You will meet business owners face-to-face, present supplemental insurance options, and build a growing book of business.

This full-time role blends client-facing sales with leadership development, offering structured training, support resources, and advancement opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, leadership, or mentorship roles.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Ability to travel locally and manage a territory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
