Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to blend outside sales with leadership development. You’ll meet with local business owners and employees to present supplemental insurance options and enrollments, while mentoring newer agents in our system.

As an independent contractor with structured support, you’ll manage your own territory, receive ongoing training, and pursue growth opportunities, helping others grow as you grow your own book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or mentorship roles.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Excellent face-to-face relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Mentor and coach newer agents through field training.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with activity and client records.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
