Meier Agency is seeking a Sales Team Leader Trainee to join our expanding sales force. This full-time position focuses on learning our products, leading by example in the field, and coaching teammates while building a personal book of business.

Candidates should be ready to obtain a Health & Life license and demonstrate strong communication and drive. Competitive weekly draw with commission and growth incentives are offered; in-person B2B work location.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a proven track record is preferred.
• Willingness to learn about licensing and insurance programs.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor a team.
• Comfort with field, B2B sales, and building a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Learn products/services, sales processes, and CRM.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.
• Work in the field doing B2B sales to build your book.
• Provide guidance and coaching to improve team skills.
• Handle escalated inquiries and maintain excellent service.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to motivate the team.
