Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional experience required.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Experience in customer service beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Learn products/services, sales processes, and CRM.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members.
• Field-based B2B sales building your own book of business.
• Provide guidance, coaching to enhance sales skills.
