Meier Agency is seeking a driven Sales Team Leader Trainee to join our expanding sales team. This entry- to mid-level role focuses on developing leadership skills while managing a B2B field sales book of business.

The position includes training, mentoring, and performance incentives, with weekly draw pay plus commissions and bonuses. A license in Health & Life is encouraged; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Monday–Friday schedule, in-office work in Kansas City area.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM or sales software.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license and adhere to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Learn products/services, sales processes and CRM.
• Recruit, train and mentor new team members.
• Field sales in B2B setting to build personal book of business.
• Coach teammates to improve sales skills.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries with excellent service.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas.
