Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Must be a good communicator able to analyze complex ideas and insurance programs.
• Experience with sales/customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Learn company products/services, sales processes, and CRM software.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
• Engage in field B2B sales to build your own book of business.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance sales skills.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to motivate the team.
