Job summary

Build Connect is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue by acquiring and expanding relationships with general contractors, builders, developers, sub-contractors, remodelers, and commercial customers through the Build Connect digital platform.

You will lead consultative B2B sales, oversee quotes, and manage strategic accounts while collaborating with Procurement, Estimations, Lead Generation, and Marketing to deliver exceptional customer experience and meet aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience selling building materials and construction products to wholesalers and retailers
• Experience with contractors, builders, developers, or distributors
• Experience in e-commerce or digital procurement platforms is preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new general contractors, builders, developers, and customers
• Develop strategic sales plans for assigned territories and market segments
• Promote Build Connect procurement capabilities and convert quotes to orders
• Manage key customer accounts and conduct regular business reviews
• Forecast sales, monitor KPIs, and maintain CRM pipeline, ensuring on-time deliveries
