Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a motivated Account Executive in Durham, NC to sell pest management solutions to commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare and retail.

You’ll join a results‑oriented team and complete a thorough training program to learn our services and pricing. You will generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking, manage relationships, and pursue territory growth with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with ability to work independently.
• Willing to obtain required industry licenses paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and entries.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
