Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Account Executives to sell pest management services to commercial clients across various industries. You will learn our services and products, inspect sites for infestations, and develop proposals resulting in new sales.

You will join a results-oriented team with a comprehensive training program, and expectations to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure outstanding service.
