Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Account Executives to sell pest management services to new and existing commercial clients. You will learn our programs, identify infestations, and move to proposals and presentations that drive sales.

The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and a hunter mindset with the ability to travel up to 100% within assigned territories. Training and onboarding are provided, with day‑one benefits and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Preferred two years of business-to-business sales experience, especially prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure quality service.
