Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to win new business and manage relationships with commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will learn Rentokil’s pest management solutions and apply customer-focused selling to grow revenue.

The role includes a structured training program, prospecting, and presentations that convert opportunities into sales. Travel up to 100% within the territory is required, and a hunter mentality to exceed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales, with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter's mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Must obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
