Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business for our commercial pest management services. You will prospect, present, and close opportunities across hospitality, healthcare, food & beverage, and retail sectors, while delivering outstanding service.

You will develop territory plans, build partnerships, and learn Rentokil programs and pricing to maximize growth. This is a fast-paced, rewards-driven role with a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred with prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, leads and referrals.
• Meet with commercial customers to sell pest management solutions and maintenance.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of Rentokil programs, pricing, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize growth and ensure service excellence.
• Record activities and outcomes in the company CRM.
