Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Aviator for a 12-month immersive On Premise experience in the Tampa area. You will learn face-to-face sales, build relationships, and execute brand activations across bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality, catering, and events.

You will report to a Regional On Premise Manager and develop account management skills while maximizing Red Bull’s presence in your territory, contributing to a growing global brand.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
• Experience in CPG/sales, through work experience or internships.
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term relationships with on premise accounts and build partnerships with industry influencers.
• Use sales and negotiation to increase earnings for customers and Red Bull, surpassing prior marketing targets.
• Negotiate partnership agreements.
• Expand distribution, visibility and execution in the market.
• Represent the brand at bars, restaurants, clubs, festivals, and events; manage brand activation.
• Analyze sales data to gain insights and shape plans for customers and the territory.
