Job summary

RennerBrown is seeking a Specialist, Multimedia to provide reliable audio/visual support for clients and offices. You will set up and maintain equipment, support conference rooms, and respond quickly to ad-hoc requests from the Helpdesk.

You will collaborate with lawyers and staff, ensure confidentiality of all client information, and handle a varied workload with punctuality and strong teamwork. Experience with conferencing apps and AV systems is essential.

Qualifications

Experience with web conferencing apps such as Zoom and Webex.
Hands-on experience in operating and servicing audio/visual equipment.
Familiarity with nonlinear audio/video editing software is a plus.
Knowledge of video conferencing hardware and installed audio systems.
Experience with Crestron/Extron and ClearOne DSP products preferred.
Understanding of LAN, PC/Laptops, Windows and Mac OS.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down AV equipment in conference rooms and event spaces.
Provide general AV meeting room support and quick response to helpdesk requests.
Ensure spaces are presentable and equipment is functioning properly.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AV equipment as needed.
Conduct pre-event meetings to ensure AV requirements are met.
Schedule and assign daily AV meetings and events to team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
