Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Conference & Media Technology Specialist for our New York office, a 100% in-office role. You will support attorneys, assistants, and staff with conferencing needs using modern AV/media tools and manage multiple conferencing platforms.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and knowledge of WebEx, Zoom, and Teams. A discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical information for non-technical users.
• Experience with modern conferencing platforms and AV integration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test meetings, facilitate conferencing as needed.
• Verify scheduled meetings have started and ensure platforms meet client needs.
• Support 12-15 physical conferencing suites and provide remote assistance across platforms.
• Troubleshoot lighting, sound, and camera issues and advise users on best practices.
• Coordinate multi-site blended conferences across time zones and assist Help Desk during low activity.
