Job summary

Sullivan & Cromwell seeks an experienced Media Analyst to manage AV and video conferencing for a fast-paced law firm environment at 125 Broad Street. You will install, monitor, and troubleshoot conferencing systems, support live events, and ensure secure, reliable delivery of webinars, recordings, and media assets for internal and client-facing sessions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco codecs, Crestron, BiAmp Tesira, and PC/Mac setups, plus strong communication and on-call

Qualifications

College degree and 5+ years of experience with media related systems or high school diploma and 10+ years of media related experience.
CCNA certification, experience with production quality staging/lighting technologies.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor modern AV and collaboration systems in meeting rooms.
Provide white glove Helpdesk level support to clients.
Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot systems in meeting rooms.
Monitor live teleconference, video conference, webinars/webcast, Depositions and recording sessions.
Schedule pre testing of systems prior to all events.
