Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking an Audio Visual Services Coordinator in Philadelphia to manage AV and videoconferencing for executive, client, and routine meetings. You will set up, test, operate, and tear down equipment, train users, and provide hands-on support to attorneys and clients in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher-level degree preferred and/or the successful completion of an AV certificate program.
• Minimum of three (3) years of audio-visual experience.
• Experience with Cisco telepresence platforms and infrastructure products, Cisco UCM, Cisco TMS, and Polycom codecs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute videoconferences including call setup, end user training, troubleshooting, and escalation of issues.
• Provide hands-on meeting set-up and support for attorneys and clients.
• Coordinate with meeting hosts, Administration and IT for advanced support.
• Set up, testing, operation, and tear down of AV equipment and video systems.
• Consult on best AV platforms and educate end users on presentation tech.
• Troubleshoot AV and videoconferencing issues across systems.
• Arrange physical meeting space and move furniture/equipment as needed.
• Provide in-room PC, laptop, email, wifi, and PowerPoint setup support.
• Maintain conference room integrity and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and update knowledge through training opportunities.
