Job summary

Cornerstone Research seeks an Audio Video Support Coordinator to ensure flawless video conference experiences across offices. You will design, configure, and maintain Zoom and Poly infrastructure, support conference rooms, and assist with webinar and event scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Experience with Poly, Zoom and conference room and AV technology.
• Excellent quality-conscious customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications; ability to explain tech clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive level and client events with discretion and strong communication.
• Provides conference room support for all offices; manages workstations.
• Designs, configures, and optimizes video conference infrastructure for internal/external conferences.
• Documents hardware failure, repair, installation, upgrade, and removal; develops documentation.
• Tracks problems from assignment to resolution; manages support tickets.
