Job summary

May Mobility is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist to coordinate daily logistics and support AVs, ensuring a safe and positive rider experience. You will report to the Site Operations Manager and play a key role in exceeding customer satisfaction.

You will monitor real-time AV performance, train operators, and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues, while upholding safety protocols across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading processes and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience at a technology-focused company.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor autonomous vehicles in real time during operations.
• Ensure shift safety guidelines are followed.
• Track site performance metrics and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with engineering for timely resolutions of issues.
• Train and develop autonomous vehicle operators through coaching.
• Monitor vehicle health using company tools.
• Log feedback on autonomy performance for engineers.
• Maintain records of vehicle operations and performance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and customer complaints.
• Interact with the public as a May Mobility ambassador.
• Test software changes with a focus on safety and provide feedback.
• Travel to other sites for coverage as needed.
