Job summary

May Mobility, Inc. in Arlington, TX seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist II to coordinate daily logistics and support AV operations, ensuring a safe, positive rider experience.

You will report to the Site Operations Manager and work with engineers and operators to monitor vehicle health, train new AVOs, and uphold safety protocols while potentially traveling to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a fast-adapting and customer-focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or related area.
• Prior experience in operations or logistics.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics to ensure a safe, positive rider experience.
• Support AV operations and troubleshoot issues with engineering.
• Report feedback on vehicle performance and issues to the team.
• Travel to other sites as needed for coverage or training.
