Job summary

May Mobility, Inc. is hiring an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist to coordinate daily logistics and support AVs during operations. You will work with a team to ensure a safe, positive rider experience and report to the Site Operations Manager.

This role requires hands-on problem solving and collaboration with engineers. You will monitor real-time vehicle status, adhere to strict safety guidelines, and help develop AV Operators through coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn new software and processes with speed.
• Strong data collection, organization, and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading or coaching teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time during operations.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during each shift.
• Track site performance metrics to drive continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with engineering for timely problem resolution.
• Train and develop AV Operators through coaching and ride-alongs.
