Job summary

May Mobility is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist II to coordinate daily logistics and support AVs in operations, reporting to the Site Operations Manager. You will help ensure a safe and positive rider experience by monitoring performance and collaborating with engineers.

Qualifications include 3+ years in fast-paced, customer-focused roles, supervisory experience, and a valid U.S. driver's license. This on-site role involves weekend work and occasional travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operations during each shift and foster a safety-first culture.
• Track site performance metrics and improve outcomes.
• Report and document vehicle and mechanical issues to engineering.
• Troubleshoot with engineers to minimize operational impact.
• Coach AV Operators through assessments and ride-alongs where applicable.
• Monitor vehicle health and ensure proper observation of AVOs.
• Communicate incident details clearly to stakeholders.
• Train and certify new AVOs following approved curriculum.
