MissionHires is looking for a Manager, Audio Visual Integration to lead the AV Integration and Support Services team in the Richmond region. This onsite, direct-hire position requires strong project and people leadership, along with hands-on experience in AV/IT management.

The ideal candidate will monitor daily operations, manage project profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing personnel development and serving as the main point of contact for customer escalations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous Audio Visual/IT management experience required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with installation/integration of AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage A/V Integration and Service Support teams’ daily activities.
• Oversee multiple Project Managers and ensure accurate reporting.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact for escalations.
