Job summary

CTI is seeking an experienced AV Project Manager in Raleigh, NC to oversee all aspects of AV integration projects and ensure a fantastic customer experience. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on AV oversight, and travel to client sites, with a competitive base salary and benefits package. DOE, full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial AV integration projects, developing strategies, and coordinating resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; maintaining accurate project documents and client updates.
• Experience leading teams, including training and performance management.
• Hands-on experience with AV installations and providing creative solutions.
• Ability to track and improve performance metrics to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Travel to client sites; company pays for overnight travel (~25%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals and seamless AV integration.
• Schedule all necessary corporate services and labor resources including programming and installation.
• Communicate deadlines, specs, and budgets to the AV install team.
• Ensure project documents, drawings, BOMs, and change orders are current.
• Maintain steady communication with clients and provide timely updates.
• Lead and inspire a team, including training and performance management.
• Delegate tasks, certify team members, and ensure details are current.
• Support install staff from installation to final punch lists.
• Ensure projects stay on track to meet deadlines and reflect remaining work margins.
