Job summary

IM Solutions, LLC on the Space Coast of Florida seeks an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Project Manager to oversee and coordinate AV/IT integration projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead installation teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and partner with customers and the Operations Manager to deliver on-time, within budget results while promoting EOS processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing commercial AV installation projects.
• 10+ years of experience in Audio Visual systems and commercial construction methodology.
• CTS or CTS-I certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Audio Visual and low voltage systems.
• Strong understanding of IT networks and standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer to fully understand project scope of work and resolve any site challenges.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
• Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial AV/IT installation projects simultaneously from kickoff to completion.
• Lead and manage the Installation department team to achieve KPI goals through accountability and coaching.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and allocate personnel, equipment, and resources for on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and labor resources to ensure safety and quality.
• Identify project risks and communicate status to customers, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Build and lead installation teams with training and technical excellence.
• Support continuous process improvement by EOS processes and performance metrics.
