Job summary

TSMG Holding is hiring Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when required, and work with engineering and depot teams to ensure safe operations.

No prior AV experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. Ideal candidates have strong driving skills, situational awareness, and the ability to follow detailed procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of driving experience required.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and operational duties.
• Supervise the self-driving system and take manual control when needed.
• Complete routes in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Record observations and report incidents to engineering and depot teams.
• Participate in training, safety refreshers, and ongoing compliance.
