Job summary

May Mobility is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Operations Specialist to coordinate daily logistics and monitor vehicles in real time, ensuring a safe and positive rider experience. You will report to the Site Operations Manager and help May Mobility exceed customer expectations.

You will train AV operators, log performance, and collaborate with engineering for rapid issue resolution, with occasional travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership potential with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience at a technology-focused company
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time during operations
• Ensure all shift operations follow safety protocols
• Track site performance metrics and seek improvements
• Coordinate with engineering for timely resolutions
• Train and develop autonomous vehicle operators
• Monitor vehicle health using company tools
• Log real-time feedback to engineers
• Maintain accurate records of operations
• Investigate accident reports and customer incidents
• Engage with the public as a May Mobility ambassador
• Test software changes with a focus on safety
• May travel to other sites for coverage
• Perform other duties as assigned
