Alleviation is expanding its sales team with a focus on autonomy, balance, and growth. No prior sales experience is required as we provide immersive training and mentoring in your territory.

You will engage business owners and employees to tailor high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one meetings to group presentations. Expect a dynamic role with ongoing coaching and performance-based targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; course provided).
• Clear background check required for pre-employment.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and generate referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and territory.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan your weekly schedule and report activity daily.
