Alleviation is expanding its sales team to empower individuals who value autonomy, balance, and ongoing growth. You will start with immersive training, combining online learning with hands-on mentorship in your territory.

As a new sales professional, you’ll engage with business owners and employees, presenting high-quality supplemental insurance solutions and building a personal client portfolio through consultations and presentations.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state or willing to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Join calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and submit weekly schedule to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
